Show the price of a variant in the drop down list

Hi
I have a couple of products with different characteristics and am displaying them in the drop down menu on the product page

How do i go about showing the price also in the drop down list?

ie append the price to the description so that a customer can easily see the price

For a product you can have many dropdown, so we can't determine the price of the variant in one dropdown because a variant price depends on all the characteristics.

In your case, I think that it's more appropriate to use the options. Create a product as an option and set variants to it, then use this option product in your main product and you will see a dropdown with the price of each option.
