Best image size and dpi resolution

1. Just checking please whether it is best to load web resolution (72 dpi) images or higher (say 300 dpi), given that Hikashop resizes some images.

2. Also, can someone please confirm that the full size image on the product page when clicked (zoom) will be the pixel dimensions of my uploaded main image (ie if I upload a 1000 x 1000 px image that will be the size of the zoom)?

Note: I have set my thumbnail and product page image sizes separately to the dimensions I want.

Hi,

1 - The resolution doesn't matter in the resizing process so it's up to you to upload images with a big resolution, it won't impact the thumbnail quality
2 - Actually the image is potential displayed in it original size (so 1000x1000) but the popup will scale it to fit the brother so visitors with a small screen will be able to see the full image.
