How can I show the client E-mail into address_template.php ?

You just have to add the line "{address_email}"

I need to show the e-mail address, record into Joomla profile.

Your problem is Joomla related, the email used for registration is stored in the table "#__users" the column "email".
I suggest to post your request on the Joomla forum.
