Problems with upgrading to newer version

Hi,

I have hikashop business edition 1.6 and I tried to install newer version 2.0, but when I click "Upload file and install" blank page appears and no error message is displayed. I have tried several times to download file for installation and to instal, but always blank page appears. What could be the issue?

Hi,

Can you enable the debug mode of Joomla in the Joomla options, try to install HikaShop again, and give us the returned message ?
Does it takes many times before displaying the blank page ?

I have enabled debug system and debug language in Global configuration- System settings. Still returning blank page with no message.
Yes, it takes 10-20 seconds before blank page shows.

Hi,

Please download the "zip" version of HikaShop in "your subscription" page.
The zip package is more than 2MB so you should check your upload limitation.

"There was an error uploading this file to the server"
"Unable to find install package"
