Manual Shipping between 101g-150g does not display in checkout

For product, total of 150g the manual shipping method will no be display.

Is it working with your other shipping method? If it is the problem surely come from the test you're making or the shipping method.
Make sure your shipping method is well configured (in terms of restrictions) and that you're buying the right quantity of product.
You may also give us a link after testing this so you could take a look.

The rest of the shipping method is okay.

Indeed it acts quite strangely. Could you do some test for me?
For example, I would like to know which method is used and when, so could you try to name your shipping method differently like "air mail - 1", "air mail - 2" and check which one is used for each case?
Also, since you just have 50g products, why don't you set a wider range for your weight limitation? I mean, instead of a range from 101 to 150 you could set from 125 to 175 so you'll be sure two products ordered will be included in this shipping method (but this doesn't explain your problem and it may not fit your needs).

I have made changes to air mail - 1 (for 51g-100g)and air mail - 2 (for 101g-150g) respectively.

By the way, only certain products weight at 50g. Most products is at 1g or so (my business nature is selling of Trading Cards either individual or in decks)

Have you tried to create a new shipping method with the same parameters ?
Maybe the problem is in the database, the serialized parameters are wrong.

- I have delete and create new shipping method- issue persist
- I have delete and copy an existing shipping method and re-configure the settings - issue persist
- I have change air mail -2 range to 101g - 151g - It works but did not show the other shipping range from 151g - 200g, only show air mail -2

Can you give us backend and ftp access ?
