Insert the payment shipping in cart

Can I insert the payment shipping in the cart module? How can I do this?

To add or remove something in the cart module, you can edit the view "product / cart".
But concerning the payment/shipping, the price is set during the checkout depending on the user choice. It call functions to calculate the price of the shipping and payment.

I don't think that it's achievable for a module, or it require lot of customizations and require a good PHP level.
