Product page layout questions

I'm creating a webstore/product catalog using HikaShop and i've run into the following issues with the standard layout:
- I'm asked to bring the downloads section away from its standard location and place it between the images and the description part and also align the download links horizontally to one row. Additionally there's a request to mark every downloadable document with an icon (.pdf icon, image file icons, etc.)
- I'm asked if the Brand link could be moved to the same line with the product title, aligned to upper right hand corner, also if the Brand link could be an image instead of the standard "Brand: XYZ" form.
- Can a custom html field be added to the product page, placed between the product title line and the images?
- Is there an easy way to divide the product description into two columns?

Given the questions, is a matching or at least similar template out there that i could use?
Also, which edition of HikaShop should i upgrade to in order to have this customization, Essential or Business?

You'll just have to :
- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Views"
- Edit the "Show_default" file of your "product" view of your front-end template
- Move the download section code etc..

3. You can do it by using custom fields through "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields"

4. You can use the extension Tabber and then you can just have all the tabbed information in the description of your products.
