I made a new field with a customer id (the employeeid in our company)

how i can make it that the customer id is seen in the frontend when the customer looks into his account?

how i can see the id in the customer account in the backend?

Hi,

A custom field could be displayed in the front-end or not using an option.
For user custom field, you required the plugin "HikaShop user synchronization plugin" (system / hikashopuser) to display the custom fields into the customer profile on the front end.

In the backend, nothing special to do for the HikaShop customer page. But you can set the option to display the value in the HikaShop customer listing.

i set the field to see in the backend but there iss only a blank field

Hi,

You have created a "Address" custom field. Not a "User" one.
So, you have to edit the address in order to see the custom field.
