Require admin approval before payment is processed

I am currently using Hikashop business and would like to require every order to be approved by the administrator before the payment is processed. The items we are selling require a prescription, so we need to have this information verified by a person before the payment is processed. Can this be done?

Yes it can be done, you can use payment methods like PayPal or Credit card.

In the PayPal plugin options, you can set that you have to approve to processed the payment, or the credit card method allow you to collect the credit card informations to then process the payment.
You can use too the check method.

In the checkout options, you can too allow the customer to pay their order later.
