How to sort products in alphabetic order?

I have been updating some products in my shop with new pictures but now when going in to the products view they are sorted in no order at all.
I used to have them in alphabetic order but since updating the products the ordering of the products seem to be impossible to set up.
How do I get the products ordered in alphabetical order again?

Hi,

I think that you'll just have to use the "Ordering field" option and set it to product_name through your content module which have the ID number 90.

Hope this will help you :).

I can't seem to find this.
I'm looking to do this for the products etc, similar to how you can do it for the characteristics:

I've checked the content modules under the display tab in configuration, and all the ID's there from 97 to 149, don't containt any Ordering Field, nor can I find an Ordering field in any of the other module sections around in the joomla backend.

So I was wondering if somebody could help me find this Option, unless it was removed in 1 of the patches updates?

Would be good to be able to organise the backend a bit as well.especially now the website has over 50.000 ID's ;)

Hi,

Your screenshot is about the configuration of HikaShop. It has nothing to do with the settings of modules.

Go in the menu Display>Content modules. There edit the module with the id 90. It's not possible that you don't have it there.
Then, you'll see the "ordering column" setting there. Again, it's not possible that you don't have it.

This is a screenshot of the Display > Content Modules section than ;)

As I mentioned I have ID's 97 to 149 there.

If you need to check yourself, I'll just send the login info.

Regards,

Martin

Please use our contact form to provide the access along with a link to this thread, because I don't see how that's possible.
