Customer Can Select Shipping Not In Their Locatio

I have one shipping method for Canada and one for USA/International.

If I select "Force shipping regardless of weight = NO" the shipping does not show on the checkout page - under the total.

But if I select "Force shipping regardless of weight = YES" it displays the shipping under the total and on the page, as per the attached - but it gives the customer the option to select the USA/International shipping and I don't want that because the customer is in Canada and they should be able to ONLY choose the shipping to Canada, likewise USA/International should only be able to select USA/International or somehow have the shipping automatically default depending where the customer is located.

You may find the solution to your problem.
Check that you have defined zone for your shipping methods and that your products have a specified weight.
