Stop 'no shipping method found' before login

If the customer goes to checkout and is sent to the login/register page - "No Shipping Method Found" is displayed above the forms.

Once the customer logs in with an Australian address, the Australia Post shipping method is available.

My solution would be to set 2 steps through your checkout workflow and you'll put :
- In the 1st step : The login option
- In the 2nd step : The other options
