Boxes around products - disappeared

Hello,

I have a few websites using Hikashop. The one I am currently working on a website and am trying to put boxes around my products but nothing seems to be happening. I have copied the exact same layout that I have on one of my other website but it coming out completely different.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have attached a screenprint to show what I mean, the red website is the one I am aiming to replicate.

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry do you mean a screen print of what I have? I have attached this.

In case my screenprint is not clear it is exactly the same as the box you sent in the above email, apart from mine is 20px

Have you tried doing it within configuration - display, this may be what could potentially be going wrong.

That is where I am trying to change it - it is the exact same set up as my other website.

From the look of what you're doing, it looks like you're doing it in display rather than system - configuration - display.

Nolanf, could give us a link to your site so we can see if something isn't overriding the hikashop css?
Anyway, the solution tjharvey is talking about may be the right one, you have to be sure you're editing the right module/menu.

I was editing it in the correct module/menu - I do use Hikashop regularly and this is the first problem I have encountered for a while.

I have now uninstalled Hikashop to start again, but am having problems uploading it - am receiving the following errors:

Component Install: DB function reports no errors
