Error Installing Hikashop - Business Subscription

Hi,

I uninstalled Hikashop as was having a problem with the display of products, which wasn't clear why it was doing what it was doing.

I am now trying to re-install Hikashop and am getting error messages. The error messages are: Component Install: DB function reports no errors and Error installing component.

can anyone please help??

Hi,

Can you enable the Joomla debug mode and tell us if there is more complete error message ?
Try to download a new archive from our website and install it again, else you can install it via ftp:
