How to download - Hikashop Style

I have order pack style but i cant find the download button at my subscription area.

I click the link and it goes to www.hikashop.com/en/hikashop/styles-for-hikashop.html

it back again to ask please login to see the button. but when i login, it said i already i the login area.

Please anybody that can advice.

Did you use the "Add to cart button" ? that's weird, can you try it with another web browser ?

i use firefox and IE.

at my subscription area, i already got the link (test.jpg), but it goes to www.hikashop.com/en/hikashop/styles-for-hikashop.html and request me to login (test1.jpg).
