Invoicing & Order Notifications

Hi,

Is it possible to customize the invoice/order notifications that are sent to a customer so that they appear on letterhead? I presume this will require CSS, however any documentation about how to go about this would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to edit your invoice, you'll just have to :
- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Views"
- Edit the "invoice" file of the "order" view of your template

I can find the Invoice file of the order view in my back-end template, but no file exists in the front end!!!

I have tried adding a logo to the back-end template file, however nothing appeared on the order creation or confirmation email notification.

My bad I misunderstood your question, if you want to edit your order creation or confirmation email notification you'll be able to do it through "Hikashop->System->Emails->'Order status notification'" by editing your mail code.

Note that this feature is only available through the business edition of Hikashop.

So it is not possible to send an order/invoice with a business logo in the free version of HikaShop?

You can edit it via FTP. The mails are in "media/com_hikashop/email"

Are you sure that you didn't have set a wrong value through your views listing filter ? Note that you are searching for the invoice file of your order view of your BACK-END template.
