Doesn't show address screen during checkout

Here is the deal.
My address screen does not show up.

After registering, it shows a blank screen with Address in the progress bar, but no content. I can't move forward to Shipping.

I have tried multiple workflows, registration options, and nothing.

It was working about an hour ago, and then when I started screwing around with testing registration options, it went downhill.

I do sell digital files on my site and I know that makes a difference with the registration choice.

Here are two workflows that did not get results. (Will probably change again before I hear from you).

I even tried logging in with user with previous orders and address in the system and the address screen is still blank.

The status bar is there, but no content.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
That's weird that you don't have any "new" button through your checkout, can you give me a link to your website ?
