Hi,

I´m trying to modify the Access levels in Hikashop configuration, but it
does not take effect after saving. joomla shows "save successful" but
when I go back to Access level configuration, everything is set to
default. How can I modify the access levels?

If you want i could try it from my end for you ( or could do it through teamviewer if you're not willing to give me access)

(If you're going to give user/pass info, do via PM)

I'm not an expert at this, if i post on your thread i'm doing so with the best of my knowledge and just trying to help :)

Thank you but for security reasons I can´t give you access to backend.
Can you guide me to solve it please?

If you can't save the configuration there are two possibilities:

1. You have a user session/cookie issue. Please try with another browser.

2. You have suhosin on your web server with a max post param value too low to be able to get all the options of the configuration. You should ask your hosting company to increase that value:

Hi Nicolas

I have cleared the browser cache (session cookies included) but nothing changed.

Actually suhosin.post.max_var is set by 12000 but I still have the same problem.

The memory_limit on my webspace is set to 32 MB. Is it to low? Could this be the problem?

How much MB do you recomend for Hikashop?

Hi,

32 MB should be fine.

It's not related to the memory_limit.

The two options I gave are the only ones I can think of.

We would need a backend access to your website in order to look at the issue.
