problems with pagination

I have a vertical menu maximenu CK! Access to products is done through it, but I have a problem. Pagination only appears in the categories. when I click on a category to display products pagination disappears and I am unable to access all products.

Have you edited any view like "product / show" ?
Do you have choose a menu for the associated module configuration ?

I'm still working locally! : (
i didn't change de product/show!

I put the home page as a list of categories and if i access the list of products through there runs fine.the products anda categories appear automaticly but the same does not happen when I access the products through vertical menu (maximenu).the categories appears but de products dont! I dont now why! To better explain, I did not create any menu in joomla, i put maximenu module automatically on the left in position 7 of my template, for that i creat a hikashop content module to provide on main (position 12)! when i do that the list of products appears without the pagination even whem i access through home!so if i choose one or another method i have always a problem! I do not know what to do. I hope you can help me!
