Login with email

Hi

I use Integrator 3 for authenticating WHMCS and Joomla users using email (not the username).

Integrator 3 replaces the default Joomla login wherever applicable but hikashop is somewhat avoiding that and uses the default Joomla login.

Is there anyway to force email login with HikaShop?

Hi,

We don't know how integrator 3 works. All I can say is that we use the standard Joomla login function.

If you enter the email in the "username" field of the login form of HikaShop does it work ?

You can also potentially turn off the "login" option of the checkout tab of the configuration so that the login form of HikaShop doesn't display and then use the joomla user login module instead to login.

Thanks for your suggestion Nicolas, I have enabled the module as per your suggestion.

In the mean time, I have contacted Integrator3 support team for any solution. Hopefully, they will be able to help me out to replace the default login module.
