I have bought styles (as can be seen on the left) and i'm not able to add it (styles for the front end)

Hi Tom,

1. You just have to follow the " How to install your new style " tutorial :).

2. You can do it with the export button through "Hikashop->Products->Products"

I have followed the tutorial,
However it still says it :/ (it says if you still see it then you need to pay for it...)

Also get a lovely error when importing:

Hi,

1. It means that the system cannot find the CSS. Which means that you didn't add the CSS at the correct location via FTP as explained in the documentation. Please double check its location. The CSS file should be directly in the folder media/com_hikashop/css

2. These columns do not exist by default in HikaShop. You need to create the custom product fields and characteristics (with their values) on your new website before importing the products.

Regarding the Styles, Why is the background now transparent and there's now borders around the image?

In the image below, it's pushed the registration form out of line(clear in the image) also the transparent background is shown in the cart box.

Hi,

For the registration it's probably a template issue, you have to edit some CSS. You can find some documentation here:
www.hikashop.com/fr/support/documentation/faq.html#css

For the layout, I don't see any difference between with or without characteristics, I think that you solved your problem.

A lot can be muddled about with in a day :P I figured out what i needed to change (which was the styles pack that i'd bought because i have a module list on the right)
