Covert to Enquiry Basket | Other changes

Hi support.

Please could you guide me on how I could change the following.

1. total (Under Inquiry basket), I would like to change it to View my Enquiries.
2. Insert a login module as well as Register on checkout page. (for users that already have an account) www.school-zone.co.za/index.php/checkout
3. After Enquiry change "thank you for your purchase" to "Thank you for your enquiry, We will contact you shortly"
4. Change the email that the purchaser receives when they place an order (I would like to make it enquiry specific)
