Payment reminder order

Hikashop 2.0 Essential

I have "No registration" enabled so that my customers when the buy something they fill out name, address, e-mail etc. Then they are automatically taken to the Paypalto complete payment.
Then an order is created.

But some of my customers does not complete payment when they are taken to paypal.

Is there any way I can send these customers an e-mail reminder with and link that they can click on and they are taken directly to paypal to complete their payment/order ?

Hi,

I think that you'll have to do it through "Hikashop->System->Emails" by editing the Order creation notification email .

Note that this feature is only available through the business edition of Hikashop.
