I didn't really understood your question, can you explain it a little more clearly ? But if your want to change your website currency, you'll just have to do it through the "Main currency" option of "Hikashop->System->Configuration->'main'".

You can edit the file "plugins/plg_hikashop_rates/rates.php" and change the value for the $url var.
Be careful the link have to point to a xml file with the same formatting as the actual one: www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml
Else it will not work properly.

We fixed this problem with manually "adding/editing" currencies rate
Works perfectly
