Checkout Workflow Issues

I would like to remove the registration/login feature on my checkout screen. I went to the checkout workflow and removed some of the fields to where it just now shows "payment_confirm_coupon_cart_status_fields,end".
I can get it to "Add to Cart", but when you hit "next" it does nothing. I need to get this working, any ideas?

I figured out I needed to upgrade, which I did.
Now I'm getting the following error: The following errors have occurred.

(123) This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.

Any idea how to fix?

For others knowledge, it was the transaction ID.
