My CSV Not Uploading

I'm trying to upload my CSV but it's not uploading the content

I set up the categories like this in the backend:
- Product category > Woman > Clothing
- Product category > Man > Clothing
- etc...

In my spreadsheet I have a "categories" column where I enter Woman, Man, etc... and a "product_parent_id" where I enter Clothing. I think the issue is with the categories, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
