Names of States Shown in Regional Languages

Hi,
I am evaluating Hikashop for a customer and I have installed the same on my PC. The setup is latest Hikashop and Joomla 2.5.9. I am on a windows machine.

The problem I am facing is this:

1. Login to front end
2. Go to the product listing on the front end
3. Click on a product and add to cart
4. During checkout click New button to add a new billing address
5. I select the Country as India, the list of states show are shown in the individual regional Indian languages. I want the list of states also to be shown in English, for all countries.

How to disable regional languages and show only English for states?

The default language for states is always the country's language, if you want to "translate" it you can do it through "Hikashop->System->Zone->'YOUR COUNTRY'->'YOUR STATE'"
