I'm needing to setup shipping as £8.50 for 10kg fixed and 50p per kg thereafter, so say something was 13 kg it would be £10 overall for delivery.

Probably a simple option too, but haven't found anything :/

Hello,

Can you show me how did your configured your manual shipping methods with some screeshots ?

My solution would be to use the "Use price per product" option, and set the weight of all your products to 1Kg.

Hope this will help you.

Well as my products technical information is all on display, i can't have an item that actually ways 10kg being 1 kg, i don't have it setup yet so i'm free to any solutions.

Ok, so I would recommend you to use the "Use price per product" option and set a shipping price through your products page which have their weight equals to 10 Kg, and use the "Price per product" option for other products.

Would there be anyway to do it per product, but then after the product price = say £500 it then goes to free delivery?

Sure You'll just have to create 2 shipping methods and to use the "Maximum/Minimum price" options :).

So if i set maximum price as £500 then minimum 500.01 for a new option that would work?

You can set the maximum to 499.99 for your shipping methods which are not free, and set the minimum to 500 for your free shipping methods.
