Hello
I have the problem that my product does not appear as I was expecting.
I already made a list of 3 and 2 products respectively and they appear nicly. Now a created a new category and placed one new product, but this one does not appear really nice and not like the otheres, although I proceded the same way like the previouse products/categories
here is my link how it should appear: www.pamirjourney.com/index.php/reiseange...10-taegige-rundreise
Here is the link how it appears for the new product: www.pamirjourney.com/index.php/reiseangebote/treckingtour

I was already changing in the menu options within Hika Shop, but nothing happened. I used the "Options for the 'Associated products listing for category listing menu 216'"

I would appreciate very much if someone could give me a hint
Thank you very much
Regards

Peter

Hi Peter,

Could you please send us a screenshot of your configured module/menu?
I think you maybe configured a too hight number of column or something like that.

Hi,

Could you give us the screenshot of the associated module ... 216 configuration ?
The links previously given don't work anymore, could you give us links working to see exactly what you need ?

Hi,

A strange thing is that you have two times the module "128" but displaying different products. It should display the same products, or you should have two different modules.

Have you copy/paste the module ? Try to use another associated module for the menu "trekkingtour".

Hello
I changed now my associated module and chose 163, but nothing happened. I'm not very sure with your question regarding copping. Basically I chose through menu categories listing, there I set exactly the same parameters as everywhere, so I also chose the same associate module.
What i do not understand is the function of the associate module. As I understood it is just a display help, but could be used several times. Would it be helpful to give through PM my login? I do not see how to solve the problem? Or do you need other screeshots?

Thank you
Best regards

Peter

Hi,

The associated module is used for the product display options. If the menu is a category listing, so the options of the menu are for the categories, when clicking on a category it display products, and it's now that the associated module options are used.

You can pm the backend access.

Solved, it was a css issue, I have added the property:
.hikashop_subcategories, .hikashop_products{width: 697px;} in the hikashop frontend css file.
