Login and countries showing

I have Login set to "no" in HikaShop Starter, and yet the login/Registration information is still required. I read a similar thread in these forums, but was for someone using Hika Essentials. He was told that the verbiage at the top was still the same but the boxes were not there. That is not the case here. I understand that I might possibly have to change the verbiage elsewhere, but for now I just want to get rid of the extra boxes for creating a username and password.

Also in the "zones" section, I have unpublished all countries except the United States and yet all those other countries are showing up in the address information drop-downs. Since we have no plans of shipping anything out of the country, I'd like to get rid of that.

Can you show me screenshots of how did you configured your checkout workflow through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" ?

Thanks for the response, but I will not be using HikaShop. In an email Nicolas confirmed that you cannot opt out of registration with HikaShop Starter. I'm doing this for a non-profit organization, and I am a volunteer. Our site has some parts that are member-only access, so I can't just let everyone who purchases some of our used books be able to access the member area. Therefore, I'm going to go back to using the other shopping cart extension which I have successfully used before.
