assign one joomla template to all hikashop views

Hi,

My site uses three joomla templates. Hikashop is not assigned to my default joomla-template (that is, the menu option I created for it). Let's say it is assigned to template 'B'.

I want all views related to Hikashop to appear on template B. However, sometimes it shows the default template. For instance, when an order is confirmed it sends an email that contains a link (option=com_hikashop&ctrl=order&task=show&cid[]=30) that shows my default joomla template.

Is there a way to change that?

Thanks & regards,

Erik

I believe this is really a Joomla question. However, in Joomla 2.5 and newer, the template is assigned to the menu items. Usually when it is assigned to a given menu item, it will continue to the sub pages under that menu item. It would be nice to be able to assign templates to component instead, but I'm not sure if it is possible natively in Joomla at the moment. It may be possible using a plugin, but you really should ask the Joomla community more on this.

Ok, thank you. I will post this question on the Joomla forums as well.
