Skip the Product Page

I want my customers to be able to access an 'Add to Cart' button directly from a specific page and then be directed to the Checkout.
The best I can do with the configuration I have got is, a link taking them to a product page and then, on that page an 'Add to Cart' button that goes to the checkout.

I want to skip this interim page.

How do I add a direct 'Add to Cart' button to a normal page?

Normal page is a product listing ? Or an article ?

If it's a product listing, you can change the module options for this listing, enable the add to cart button, and disable the link on the product div.
If it's in an article, in the backend click on the desired product and then in the toolbar you can find the button "Add to cart HTML link" just copy/paste this link where you want.

If I go to the add link function, I can select an option to link to checkout but it doesn't add the product to the cart.

You'll just have to use the Hikashop product insert plugins .
