Trouble changing subzones?

Hello,

I am evaluating hikashop for my wholesale business right now but I am coming across a problem when I try to edit subzones. How do I do so?

I only see an option to delete them, and/or make New.

Seeing as how I don't want to redo them for all the states in Thailand, how do I do this inside hikashop? My next step would be to search in phpmyadmin.
