I have finally got the test site up and running
testsite.paintsupplies.com.au/
there is still a lot more to do 
My issue is when you click the RSS feed icon it shows the articals from other pages - but all I want to show are the products on the Specials page - in fact no products are showing up at all.
I had it working before December 10th 2012 - then had to take time off work due to illness - now I am back and it is not working. Just checked it on the localhost version as well and the same issue there.

Thank you And found what I was doing wrong - the link was point to my localhost, which while working was active and for some reason sending it to the wrong place - just got to work and have not enabled the localhost version and was looking at stuff, found it then.
