We've tried running a card with the Pay Pal Pro account. We're getting an error:

Error 10002: You do not have permissions to make this API call

What needs to be done to make the Pay Pal Pro works?

Hi,

You probably have this error due to your API codes. If you are in production mode, enter you production api codes, if in test mode use the test codes.

Paypal has confirmed we have Pro. Here is the infomration they say we need to use:

Partner name: PayPal
Merchant login: isabelleandco
User name: (they confirmed that this is not applicable.)
Password: rose5004

No security code is required.

But in the Hikashop plugin for Paypal Pro, it requires this:

USERNAME
PASSWORD
Signature

Which information is supposed to go where?

This error is now showing:
Error 10002: Security header is not valid

Alright, I'm closer now. I generated the API credentials and copied them in.

However, I'm getting a new error now.

Error 10764: This transaction cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

What might be cause this?

This suggests that PayPal's servers are too busy to handle your order.
Waiting a moment and trying again may work around it.
You might want to report the problem to PayPal tech support: www.paypal.com/mts
