Hi!

Also i am having problem adding sorting values for the "Sort By Location" and "Sort By Eco Type" filters. When i try to add values like "Australia, Canade" for "Sort By Location" filter, these values are not saved for these filters but when i try to add some numeric value for the "Sort By Location" filters these values are accepted by the filters and shown on the frontend. Can you please ask hikashop guys about this problem as we dont need numerice values for "Sort By Location" And "Sort By Eco Type" filters.

Thanks :)

Hello !

Can you :
- show me some screenshots of how did you configured your filters ?

- Give me a link to the page were you're having your problem ?

It would maybe help me to understand what your problem exactly is.

Thank you.

Hi,

The link you provided require a user account to access it so I couldn't see it.

What I can say based on what you told us:
When you have a filter on a custom field, if the "defined limits" is set to "no", the system will use the values of the custom field directly for the filter values. However, if that option is activated, it will use the integer values that you enter in the values of the filter to display selection ranges in the filter.
