Telephone orders payment method

I need a payment method for customers who prefer to phone with their order and card payment details (ie they submit their order and personal details as usual on the website and I then take manual payment afterwards via my payment processor). I have changed the Hikashop check payment method to do this on the front end (with translations), and when the customers places an order it returns an instruction with the phone number to call to make payment. So that's sorted.

I now want to repeat that instruction with my phone number in the email received by customers that confirms their order. Can someone help me with the code I need to add (and where) to the email to include that message for the check payment method only?

Thanks, Nicolas, but I'm not sure what language I would change. I just want this in the email when the payment method is phone order (check), not when the customer uses another payment method such as Sage Pay or PayPal.

Then you'll have to directly edit your Email code through "Hikashop->System->Email->'YOUR EMAIL'".

Note that this feature is only available through the business version.
