Step 5 page does not display correctly?

Hi,

- Hikashop 2.1.0
- I have my shop configured as per the screen shot
- I only have a single payment option which is PayPal.
- Once the user presses Next on the fields step I see a page which says "If you are not directed within....". This page displays strangely ie Not within the template correctly. So I want to:

> Know how that page is displayed? Is there a setting in Hika?
> Can I edit the content / format of that page? ie Which "View Page" is it?

I think that the problem is coming from your checkout workflow, can you put a payment step in the 5th step and see if it works ?

I tried what you suggested but it made no difference aside from moving the error condition to Step 6. The site in question is www.mogosport.com.au . I attach a screenshot of what the "bad" page looks like. Any other suggestions?

Hi,

In Config > Checkout you can use the option "Force a menu on the checkout" and the checkout will use the template of the selected menu.
And it should solve your problem.
