How to change order of checkout blocks

When a non user wants to checkout, How can I do to display the login/register block after the cart details and payment methods block ?

Hi,

You'll be able to do it by editing your checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Checkout'") by putting the "login block" after the "cart block".
