I setup the RSS Feed under "Features", but what is the link to the feed?

The RSS feeds links are added automatically to your listings.
When you are on such page, you can add the feed to your browser. For example, with firefox, you can go in the menu Bookmark->subscribe to this page for that.
The RSS link of the page is actually the same with two parameters added: &format=feed&type=rss

That's not a products listing but a product page.
For the Tops menu item on your website the RSS feed URL is:

http://s446956729.onlinehome.us/index.php/tops/type-rss?format=feed

Ah...ok, so this is the feed just for the "tops" category. So, if we are to create a feed for, say, all the products, would we have to create a category "all" and put everything in it?

There is already such category. It's called "products category". You simply need to have a menu item for it.
