Hi,

when a customer create an order he can't make any change in it from personal panel.

How can I give him the possibility to make change?
For ex. add an object or modify quantity.

I know this is simple from administrator's back end but is there a "simple" way to do this from customer's front end?

Thank you a lot

C.

Hi,

It's not possible by default in HikaShop. The user is not allowed to change the quantities, because when an order is made (so generally paid) it's for a certain quantity.
And he should not have to change the quantity, unless in specific cases.

This kind of customization is possible, but require custom code and good PHP knowledges.

Thank you Xavier,

well, I can try to make this changes myself ...

Can you give me some indication? For example from which files can I start to see...
Or the lines to change...

That will be quite complex to do.

You should start by editing the file "show" of the view "order" of your frontend template via the menu Display->Views to add your form elements to the order details page.
