Blank email information order confirmation email

This is all i receive when i am using paypal pro after i process an order

Hello,
A Paypal Pro notification was received with the status Accepted. The order is now confirmed.

This notification was for the order on the website www.swrhome.com/ You can access the order details directly by clicking on the link below

The problem is it is not listing the link to the order on the website. It just says "You can access the order details directly by clicking on the link below" That is a major issue how do i get it to show the link to the product they ordered?. Also, i want this email to show the full details of the product such as quantity, price and name of the product.

I have the business version of hikashop the newest version 2.1.0 and joomla 2.5.9.

I have tried editing the email templates on the site for the orders but they seem to have no effect on this email. Is the paypal pro account overriding order email?

Also, what file should i be editing to fix this?

This is fairly urgent because the site is live.

Hi,

In that case, you should edit the order status notification email in order to receive a copy of it:

It will be far either than trying to modify the code of the payment plugin to add all the additional info you want.
