Turn off lightbox for editing billing information

Is there anyway to not have the editing or adding new billing addresses in the customer control panel section section and checkout in a lightbox? It does not work particularly well on mobile devices when things pop up in a lightbox.

Is there a way to just have an edit button show up instead of the floating lightbox on the top and it open in a new page?
