Checkout update when changing shipping address

Hello

I have different shipping rates depending on destination. However if I select a different address in a different area via the radio button on the checkout page, the shipping cost does not update to take account of this change. How can I fix this?

Caching is turned off.

You have to enable the option "Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection" in Config > Checkout > Shipping & Payment
