Product Categories

Hi

I want customers to click on a menu in my joomla site and be taken to a category page of products. Please explain how to do this.

I also want to configure a page so that it shows a list of product categories so that you can click through.

You can too use the default hikashop menus (Joomla > Menus > Hikashop default menus), just set a module for the menu (default joomla configuration) or publish the menu item and move it to your menu. (still joomla options)

The categories are showing - both through the menu items and as a module. However when you click on the category titles, no products are displayed. There are products in every category but none are showing.

You have to create an associated module to your menu.
This module will display the products, the menu only show the categories.
