Hi,

In the "menu" (or "itemid") option of your filter module, you need to enter the id of a products listing menu item for that.

In the options of your HikaShop filter module that you can edit via the joomla modules manager.

yes because i have many categories and many sub-categories, if i put the id of the general menu shows me list of categories and subcategories, if i put id of 1 menu shows me product correctly of that menu only, I would like that if a person writes something shows a list of products,it is right for the list of categories, but not subcategories, I also turned off "show subcategories" from the control panel of the filter but shows the same, if the only way is to see the categories, I would like to change the look, because I do not like how he is, how can I do?

As I said, you need to put the id of a listing of products menu item. You can use the default "products listing" menu item of HikaShop (it is installed by default by HikaShop) which displays all the products, regardless of the category. That way, you will get all the products matching your filter, regardless of the category.

Edit your products listing's hikashop options and turn off the option "Display filters".

Hi,

There is no option to do that actually. You can't have a filter referencing another one based on the categories.
