How to set in the product a merged price

Hi.

I am trying to create a product that is Stamp on Clothing.
The product has to be priced composed of two parts.
- A fixed portion that does not depend on the quantity ordered, I mean, that the customer has to pay if he order 1 item, or 50 items, or 100 items... This part is the preparation costs of stamping (printing screen, revealed, photomechanical, layout...)
- And a second portion that is variable and it depends on the quantity order, that is the price of each garment stamping.

I don't know if there is any way to solve this issue.

I thought about create a product that would be the fixed portion and include it into a second product with the variable portion, but I don't know if this is possible.

Please, have anyone idea for a solution for this issue.

I think that you can use the options. Create a product with "fix portion", and create a characteristic with the variants for the not fixed portion.
Then create an option porduct, add to this product the variants, manage the variants to set different prices. A
And finally add this option product to the main product.

By this way there will be a fixed portion, and another portion depending on the option choose. You need the business edition to use the options.

We don't have business edition right now.

We are considering upgrade to business edition but it seems that we have to wait for 4-6 months, until we finish to build the online shop, and then evaluate what is the add value of upgrading to business edition.

I have been testing the option of include a product in the description of the other one... This alternative could serve but is not quite clean enough.
I have been thinking about another posibility that is about including automatically the fix product in the order when the customer orders any quantity for variable product... Do you think that is it possible?
