Mail with order number in the subject

Hi all,

I inserted in the order page a link (a simple mailto string) in case the customer wants to communicate somethings about his order.

How can I create a mail linked with this order?
For example: if customer create order number A1 I want to create a mail with subject "Order A1"

Is that clear?
