How to remove products from the category page?

To display a list of categories, under these, I get a list of products, and want products that do not appear, only the categories.

Are you able to send a link to your site? (if you don't want it to be seen on a backlink use goo.gl or any other url shorterner.)

I'm not an expert at this, if i post on your thread i'm doing so with the best of my knowledge and just trying to help :)
