Give User Access To Sections of The Shop

How do I give access to HikaShop please. I'm using Joomla's ACL to give access to a user. With other components I just have to click on "Options" and change the access on the component to "Allowed".

With HikaShop I don't know how to do that. When I go to System > Access Level and click on "Product" all the options are checked but the user cannot see the component.

Can I get some guidance please? Thank you!!

Are you talking about frontend or backend ?

Frontend, by default everybody can access the shop, you just have to create menus.
Backend, you can change the access levels in Configuration > Access Level.

Could you give us a screenshot of your ACL configuration ?
They can access to the backend interface ?

However, I tested a few other components and they have the option to select the user group that you want to give access to. I'm not sure why that is not included in hikashop.

I set Inherit parent group access to YES. And I click "Custom" next to Product but then it goes back to "ALL" when I click on Save.

Is there instructions somewhere on how to do this? I really need to get this done.

Yes, the user can access the backend and I am able to see the other components that I give them access to.

Nicolas, I don't see that option from that or any other screen. I only see "New Widget" and "Help". Please see attached pic.

I am the super admin/user. I am logged in from the backend. I am able to see that option for ALL the other components. I just don't see it for this one.

Ok so it looks like I have to upgrade because I have a test copy somewhere else that has the latest version and it's showing the "Options" button.
